We moved to an older house with a 40 yo windows and decided to renovate. That's when we met Alex. Alex was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and could recommend the right type of windows for our needs, and explain all the trade-offs. We got a very competitive price, and signed the deal. The measurements were scheduled almost immediately, and after few weeks we got a call to schedule the installation. The installation process was quick, professional and neat, and when the installers left, the house was even cleaner than before. I am highly recommending Canadian Choice in case you need new windows.

Had a free consultation with Canadian Choice in December to replace a couple windows which were blowing in cold drafts into the basement. I don't recall ever having service that was this quick. A free quote within a day, consultation the next day and installation in 2 weeks time. Windows look great and were a lot of help for my heating bill. The lighting is also much better.
Alex was a great consultant, went through all the details one by one and checked with us to make sure we were informed on everything from beginning to end. Every time we had a concern and contacted him over the phone or through email you would always get a reply within 2 hours tops. The price was also very reasonable along with the financing compared with the other 3 quotes I got. Great craftsmanship on the windows and if I ever need more windows upstairs, I know who to call.

Canadian Choice replaced my living room windows. They came on time the date agreed, called in advance and showed up as they said they would. Special thank to Alex for managing this project from start to finish so well! I am happy with the windows, triple glass. So far, great noise reduction. We’ll wait and see how the gas bill turns out to be. Our installer Alex was very experienced and personable. He did a good job. Alex, who was our representative came over and gave us a good quote and helped us pick out the windows right for our home. He told us it would come in 4 to 6 weeks but we soon received an email telling us it would be in 3 weeks! They had the 6 windows in our bedrooms installed in 2 and a half hours. No sweat and no mess left behind. Quick and efficient service.

The representative, Adriano, came within 2 days and went through all the measurements, design options and features with us.
