I bought a defective unit from this company.This unit leaks water when the ac is running. I call and I call and I never get a response just his voice-mail Alex calls back weeks later saying he will come and see the unit and never shows up or calls . The job is incomplete and my door and walls are severely damaged due to water leaking. This is a dishonest person and he misrepresented himself.
