We got couches in 2013 and we noticed the frame at the bottom started to sag. We called Boss Leather and they took the couches in, replaced the frame AND fluffed our cushions all for FREE. Amazing service from these people. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy sofas.

With 3 very active kids, it was important to purchase a sofa that had fashion, function and durability. Rob took us through each model, the style, size and finally colour to find the one right for us. His knowledge was on point, and our overall experience was great.
