Happy Respond

Stopped in about a trailer but they wouldn't give me the time of day. Only one employee was dealing with a customer and the rest were doing paperwork. After 20 minutes trying to get their attention, I finally got one to talk to me. He directed me to the only person who could help me with the trailer I was looking for. Unfortunately, that one had already been chatting with a friend the whole time I was there. He kept up that personal conversation another 5 minutes before I finally left. If the sales person can't stop a personal conversation for a customer wanted to make a 7, 000 purchase, this customer is happy to take his business somewhere else.
