0 stars, quite frankly. Paying your monthly balance is frustrating each and every time. Don't ignore the previous reviews about hidden fees like I did because boy, are they irritating to say the least. Hidden fees are disclosed ONLY at each time of payment for call top ups. It is complicated and never fully explained to the customer. Even after fishing around asking questions about it, verifying the total amount, and sending payment, they'll STILL tell you to pay more? So really there is no point talking to them because of the outright lies of the cost of their service. Dropped calls happen quite frequently. If the company cared, they would not charge you the full 1.50 for a call abruptly ending at 27 seconds, but of course they do. It is a monthly and sometimes daily disappointment to do business with call2talk. So if you want to waste your time and deal with a company that shows no courtesy when mistakes are made on their part, then by all means. At least their registration is easy.

For the most part I had a good experience with this company. The dropped calls were a concern but we were using a cell phone so I cant completely blame these guys. When I asked them to change the number they did without issue. I liked that I could text and get an immediate response. I would recommend this company.

Thank you services were great. 16 months in Windsor detention and with this affordable package it made time go by fast for us. The Armstrong family were pleased with the fact our number where the calls get connected to can be changed as many times as we wanted allowing Brian to speak with everyone. I recommend this service.
