If you go during a slower times the service is above and beyond. I'm very dyslexic and have basically form-phobia the staff have walked me through in a caring in a none judgement way. Always ready to give good advice.

It's a fine Canada post location. My only complaint would be the wait to get a parcel. If here is no line then you're in and out in a min or 2. When the line up is long it can take a little while before you get your package. With covid people are buying online more so expect a lineup.

Sent a letter to a friend recently. Visited this location and made a few mistakes writing the addresses. Was assisted by the lady at the counter who helped me fix the mistake that I made. Service was also quick and efficient.
The staffs are not trained very professional, or they just want to finish the job quick but ignored your requests. I am a repeat customer. Last December, I mailed out a parcel for Christmas gift, I have asked for signature, it was to be delivered to a condo, the package showed it has been delivered but the receiver has never received it, it may got signed by someone else or the postman just put the package without handling it to the receiver, there are many other residents have passed and they just picked up the gift, it is obviously a gift. Why not, just took it. Ok this may not be your fault. Last month I mailed out a very expensive item, I have repeatedly told your staff to CHECK THE CARd of the receiver, I have asked her at least 3 times, but she did not input that into her computer, it got delivered as a normal parcel, no checking on the card, no signature required. Because of your ignorance, I might have lost over 800 of the value of the package! I am giving you 3 stars because I know the owner is very responsive, as a small business owner, I understand it is not easy during the Covid, but you do please have to train your staffs to listen to the customer, it may not be important for you, the insurance only covered 100, but the lost item is not replaceable, they are important to customer.
Staff was helpful and friendly, people seem to be respectful of others in line, although the line up is a bit confusing to some. Good place to find small boxes or padded envelopes for your needs.
I send multiple packages every month from this post office. The service is always good, fast and courteous, even when there is a line up, they get through it quickly. I choose to use this post office because of those reasons.
