Great facility for competitive teams, but very poor continuity center because it prioritizes its schedule and function around competitive teams. There is no set schedule, you have to call in each day to listen to a recorded message. Parking is nearly impossible to find and includes pay terminals that confuse people Gyms are often overloaded Indoor track is often used for competitive games and off limits Outdoor track is shut down for half a year due to snow, and the remaining time is subject to competitive sports using them.

Came for the 2019 provincial. Summer swim championship in August. Great facility. Field house is air conditioned. Pool area is very hot though especially up in the bleachers.

Lots of room and many work out machine to get your work out in soft track to walk on nice looking forward to getting started on a program.
