Received dead, non viable product that I paid 314.99 for, and I requested a refund to no response at this time! I will update this review if they refund me and/or rectify the situation in some way. As of sept 18,2019 they have supposedly refunded me and are sending me a new batch as courtesy, 5 star service assuming new batch comes alive this time!

I have been trying to get copepods for over 2 months now and everywhere I have tried ordering from has never been able to stock them. I found this company online and placed and order on Sunday night and my shipment had arrived by Tuesday afternoon. Extremely prompt service and I will definitely be shopping with you guys again!! Thanks for the great product and expedited shipping!! My mandarins are SO happy and thankful! :)
