Great place, way better stocked than the old NCIX. Has roughly the same setup, but the customer service is great and they actually seem like they know what they're doing. Good chain retailer and hope to see them do well in this location.

Friendly and knowledgeable service! We were served by a guy named Bronson and he was incredible. My girlfriend and I were shopping for a heavier duty laptop for her upcoming school program, and he was super patient and helpful, explained exactly what we need, and gave us some good, honest recommendations. We made the purchase right then and there (originally planning to hold off but we were pretty much sold). Just got home and booted it up and we're super happy with it. Thanks guys!
Good job of adhering to COVID protocols. Good selection & stock. Unfortunately staff is lazy & condescending, so shopping experience is usually fairly negative.
The staff were super helpful! I was looking for a specific product and bought the wrong thing initially, but was able to return it for the right product. They had to look for a while to find the product as it was in their overstock, but they did! Great service. Thanks!
