Im a truck driver. I was really on edge and just vented to border agent about a lady almost colliding with me on the highway. Nicest guy you could ever meet and completely calmed me down. Officer Raymond deserves a raise.

Clearly most of the agents who work there were the kids who got bullied growing up because the easiest way to point out a weak person is to put them in a position of power and watch how they behave. Of course not all of them were like this, there were a few professionals there, but it should be all. As someone who has worked in LE and US Government agencies for over 10 years they are an embarrassment. Everyone is dealing with the changes and problems that come with this pandemic and them treating people without compassion is one thing but disrespecting people who are not doing so to you is a no no. And people wonder why other countries want to see us in North America dead or hurt. It's people like them that makes it hard to argue with them. We are supposed to be better. Act like it.
