I was treated very poorly, what else can I say...Maybe because I'm an American black Male...They where totally hostile the whole time..I was threatened told not make any sudden moves cause if I did they'd respond as if I was a threat to them. I'm a truck driver trying to make a living and in no way looking for any trouble. Couldn't understand what the problem was, could only guess it was my skin color, just my opinion though .

I’d rate zero “0” if google lets me. I waited for 5 hours for load inspection. I’d recommend to avoid this border crossing.

Great experience with this crossing. Staff were friendly and polite. They searched the car well, which is their job. Lines can be a bit long, but the experience of seeing the Canadian side of the falls is incredible. Border officers asked for our passport and some other information. If you purchase a nexus, your experience should be faster.

I have been through this border recently and it was pretty fast probably a minute to cross. May be it was 5 AM in the morning that’s why there were no lines or queues. The officer was very courteous and did not ask much. It hardly took a minute at the immigration booth and we were in the Canada. I found this border very convenient and definitely would recommend. However people may have different experiences due to the different time of the day and the different officer.
