Speaking to Joe Curry and the staff here is an absolute breath of fresh air. I was taken aback at how much knowledge Joe had that he was willing to share with me. It’s obvious he’s very experienced and fielded every one of my queries with genuine honest answers. Even very specific technical questions were answered on the spot about my exact model vehicle rather than give me a “it depends on some things..I’d need to have you come in...” BS I’m used to when I ask very specific questions to dealers/retailers. If you want to get your towing rig set up with absolute confidence going down the road, I absolutely recommend this place!
We live in Los Angeles and are purchasing our 2nd Airstream - going to tow it with our Range Rover Sport. Andy has been SO generous with his time (knowing we logistically CAN'T be customers) offering advice, answering multiple calls and questions to help us get set up. I WISH we lived nearby to give them our business. Such a great attitude and customer service. Highly recommended!
When they were selling us our RV the service was amazing. However, now for the repairs or maintenance or any help whatsoever, the communication stinks. They take forever to call back if they even do call back. Its like pulling teeth to find out anything. We had taken it in to be repaired and when they said it was done, we asked what was wrong. There were no notes on the service order to what was done. I'm super disappointed in the customer service after the fact. We bought the extended warranty but I'm not sure why because they don't seem to want anything to do with you once they have your money. EDIT... i was just looking through all the reviews and found a review from my husband from 2 years ago. Same complaints and someone responded to his review that they would contact him to try to resolve our issues.2 years later still waiting for that call.
