Very well managed. Clean, orderly, peaceful & gated. Laundry costs 5 wash dry. Water pressure is good. Many rules in place to keep the place orderly. No playground. Its a place focused to park and service your rv. 5stars

Extraordinary experience. Cleanest restrooms and showers ever. (Showers are 1). Nice and plentiful laundry facilities (2.50). adjoins nice little park with 0.5 K paved track and lakes, fountain. Dog play area. Helpful staff.
Very clean, great service, laundry and wifi is very strong plus cable is included as well.
Very clean sites maintained daily gated community people very helpful and polite. Passes down thru rv sites
