Went there last week Thursfay. Stood in line outside in the cold and rain no cover. Felt like a homeless person standing in line at a shelter for food. Was asked to be there 15 minutes early . My reservation was for 8pm. They did not even open the doors until 810. By the time they checked you in it was 830. Hardly any machines open and very depressing. Never again. I can save my money and spend it on something useful then to be treated like a criminal. Good luck casino, I will not be going back until everything back to normal so I can play what I enjoy.

This is a review from our visit on Oct 5, 2020. Casino reopened with 50-person limits and 2hr time slot bookings. We booked 8PM timeslot. We were first in line arriving around 7:30PM. Good , clear outside signage indicating where to wait. No staffers outside to answer any questions or concerns. No heaters outside which could pose an issue for patrons lining up as weather gets colder. Once your ID is checked and your booking confirmed they have you remove your mask to take a picture of. However, there is no temperature check either. Plenty of sanitizer onsite . Never saw staff cleaning machines once patrons stopped playing on a machine. Speaking of machines, it is time to lower your expectations. Very , very slim selection of machines available to play. The vast majority of machines are turned off. There is zero, absolutely no video poker available either. The reward desk is available to issue player loyalty cards. No food or drink service available. Lights are super bright overhead now too. Staff are doing their best to make patrons feel welcome but whole experience is very disappointing right now. Honestly, only reason to visit at this point is if you really, really miss physical slot machines and don't mind few to choose from with just 2hrs to enjoy yourself. Otherwise stick to PlayOLG which has slots, video poker, blackjack, and more plus you play from safety and comfort of home.

I've joined a group of friends and family for an outing at this live betting simulcast horse racing venue.
