Don't bother patronizing. Owner uses and abuses employees and discards them like trash at her whim when boundaries are set (such as the need for staff to wear masks and learn Foodsafe practices), or a worldwide pandemic deprives her slaves of daycare temporarily. Also sells tainted and/or expired products to avoid "breakage." Better option: shop the Courtenay location or "sister store" in Duncan--really decent, and honest, folks. One star because it is a great product in theory...too bad the basics of integrity are lost completely in the practice. It should be telling that I was forced to post a positive review...the only one...whilst a brand-new employee. Support small businesses...which are run honestly.
