Out of all the places I have called to inquire about subdividing, je Anderson seemed the least enthusiastic about helping. Perhaps because I called at 4 pm and they close at 430 pm? Either way the person on the phone did not even bother to get the address or PID of the property in question. All that was repeated was said was how busy they were and that it would take a couple of weeks for me to get a response. I am glad they are very busy because they will not be getting business from me now or in the future.

I've had an opportunity to deal with JEA staff in a variety of their offices and found them to be highly professional, helpful, and committed to their clients.
bad experience with the surveying department. Was charged 50% more than I was told it would be. The job that I requested to have done was not completed.
