Dwayne and his company managed our massive home renovation. I was very impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. We can’t say enough good things! We love our ‘new’ home and Dwayne managed our project seamlessly.
Working with Element Restorations was the best decision we made for our renovation! They took the time to ensure we understood the scope of work, costs and helped us budget accordingly for unforeseen circumstances. We are thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to recommend the Element team to anyone.
Just a warning for anyone who is considering working with “Element Restorations” . They did nice work... besides the fact that the bill was 20,000 over the last budget Dwayne informed her of. Also they finished 3 weeks late, they did not pay close attention to what the customer wanted , and lied before starting the project to try to get her to pay for more expensive flooring. Dwayne and this company completely took advantage of a 26 year old female home owner. I Highly wouldn’t recommend this company , they were extremely dishonest through the whole process. Also they claimed on their Facebook page that the entertainment center in the pictures they posted was custom, when it wasn’t at all, the customer ordered it from Home Depot.
Awesome work, done quickly and very professional. I wouldnt trust anyone else. Wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!!
