Amazing experience! Our boat captain Josh was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and all the wildlife. Despite having some pretty bad weather in the morning it was quite comfortable since the front half of the boat is covered and dry (huge improvement on the exposed whale watching boats who I felt a little sorry for that day). Even with all the rain and fog we still managed to see at least six humpbacks and several groups of porpoises before we stopped for lunch. I highly recommend these guys for amazing quality of service at a really good price as well!

We had an amazing experience with Discovery West. Josh and Chelsea are so knowledgeable and experienced with the area and the local wildlife. At the end of the season, they went out of their way to find us countless humpbacks, stellar sealions, harbour seals, harbour porpoises, and Dall's porpoises. The 6 hour tour went by so fast, and we will definitely be back for more. Absolutely recommend!!

I did the 6 hour whale watching tour and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish! I've never seen whales before so I was so excited for this tour, and let me tell you it did not disappoint...we saw so many whales! Not only was the trip amazing but Chelsea and Josh were too. Chelsea answered all of my questions in detail and in a timely manor during the booking process and Josh, the skipper, was a pleasure to be around on the tour! He was so knowledgable about the area and had great stories to keep us entertained in between the whale sightings! We even were lucky enough to spot a few dolphins. I would recommend their tour to everyone!
