I called to ask if they give ANY military discounts and he said no. Other hot tub pool places in orleans offer 20% discount. I told him I was looking to spend 17,000.00-20,000.00 but still no incentive for a discount other competitors give. I told him if his business did not support the troops, I do not support them. To any military, police, EMS, RCMP people looking to buy a pool or tub, do NOT go to this place.

Decent prices and the installation was fast and professional!
My family has been coming here for years and using many of their services as well as purchasing a new hot tub. They are not perfect but they definitely try to accommodate and resolve any issues you may have. The staff are courteous and helpful, they also have some of the best prices in the area. Definitely recommend!
We went in to look at Hot Tubs. The lady did not seem interested in spending her time with us because we live outside of town. She mentioned there would be extra cost for delivery and service. If I was getting quality service I would not have minded paying the extra charges....
