Got myself a Pixel 5 as back up device from this place. The representative Brianne was extremely polite. She offered a great discount while booking the device. As soon as it arrived, I was informed to come pick it. Brianne is very professional and does an outstanding job at explaining how the plan works and what is included/excluded. Never had a walk through this thorough before. Thank you very much !!

Poor customer service, really really very disappointed. They deserve zero star rating. Even i would love to give black star. I wait here for approx more than one hour and there are four executives who continuously in touch with four different customers but when my turn came, they attend the customer which is behind me. Really very annoying.

Life as we know it Life

I have been with this company for many years, and there has always been a problem updating credit card information on their web site. The staff they employed in Moncton, Canada was always helpful, the call centres were another story. The last time I tried to update took 6 months to correct, at least this time it only took 5 weeks. The company promises to call back with information when the situation was corrected. This never happened. I never received even an email till this year when they did send one email saying the situation was corrected, and upon responding to the email it went unanswered until I sent another email to them. There is a real disconnect with this company.

The staff was knowledgeable and experienced. Some glitches with the old phone made things difficult, but staff handled it well. Giving them five stars reflects the bad service I have received at other providers. Anything is better than the other two monopolies.

The store manager, Daniel, knows how it’s done! Him and his staff members each have a business cell number where customers can text them and ask about new deals and promos. Everyone there is very friendly and genuinely wants to hook you up with a deal. I would definitely recommend this place!
