Straight forward approach. Easy to fill out application and they tell you right away if you are qualified for something they have open. If you keep calling they keep your name at the top of the list

They make you fill out a bunch of paperwork only for you to not hear back from them for work. Waste of time avoid them!!
They should fire the recruiter and hire some new one. They say it's full time positions but then they switch you job to job. Don't apply here highly not recommended. If you get hurt at job they are worse to deal with.
Do not recommend this temp agency at all ... they make it seem like you'll have a job in a week. More like a month
I did volunteer work with Universal staffing and the experience and staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming ! If you ever need more volunteers I would be happy to come back!
