Absolutely loved going here very friendly staff members. And extreamly helpful in picking the right suit and color for myself, also quite a decent selection of ties, clips, booties, socks, belts, cuff links, blazers, pants shorts, dress shirts long and short sleeved aswell as formal coats. Would most definately recommend checking them out if you know anyone looking to purchase a suit or even to get measured properly. Also alot of the items were on sale or even better clearance prices.

Bought a water proof wind & temp proof point zero coat and its going on year number 4 and not a single issue . Certainly the best place Ive ever shopped for a coat. Great staff and they send you home feeling good. They even hooked up a nice protector for the coat as if it was a suit, very pleased. Highly recommended Location! Walked in with my wife and kid, wearing a marvel shirt and shorts. They seemed to not want to serve me until I showed interest in wanting to buy over 1k worth of merchandise. Then they were my best friend. Top tip friendly on approach means friendly on exit. (the asain woman to be exact was not friendly) maybe just a bad day.

I don't think this place is in business anymore in the mall? Might have moved? I Called 4 times today but just get the ring tone then the squeaky phone squealing at the end. My Wife bought me a beautiful suede coat 20 years ago in gray and I have been trying to find one in black. Found on at another store but it's not quite what I am looking for.

The store is good and have a great collection with reasonable prices. The shop is neat and clean. I was having a bad experience with the service of the staffs. When I visited the store two months back with my friend (I didn't get an opportunity to write a review at that time), the staffs were inattentive and talking to each other.

This store is a joke. Customer service is not a job in this store. Everytime I went in this store they knew I was there they went to help me and then started helping someone else. Took my information finally when I got service and I guess they lost it. I returned my sons suit this past Monday and they are calling the groom of the wedding asking for the suit back and if they dont receive it, it is then the grooms responsibility. Not sure how when I paid the deposit and the remaining balance. They stated I should have gotten a receipt from the store when returning my suit, they just said thank you and good bye. So I left I had another appointment. Unorganized much? I will not recommend Tip Top Tailors to anyone. I will say of you need to buy or rent a tux/suit go to Collins. Great service, price and quality.
