We came to the store last weekend to purchase a laptop. We were aware of good sales that’s why we wanted to talk to someone to see what will be the best option for us in our price range. The associate was very nice and showed us different options. We found the best one however that laptop was in a different store and someone there put it on hold. So she said if nobody will buy it, this laptop can be shipped here and we can get it. She took our contact information and said she will keep us posted. After couple days nobody contacted us back. We even called to the store and they said they will contact us back. It’s totally fine if someone else bought that last laptop as it was on hold, but we were expecting a phone call to be aware of situation. Now it’s October 30th, last day of a sale and of course all options that we liked are not available anymore, so we have to go low on quality to get the laptop in our price range. Just so upset, we lost our time waiting for a call from associate.

I had such an amazing experience In The Source yesterday when I came in to address a problem with my device. And this one employee Alex, was very kind, useful, polite, helpful, and very nice. He answered all my questions, and solved all my problems with lots of patience and a kind smile on his face, and he is an expert at knowing his job. He made good decisions for my new device that I bought from him, and I really recommend to come to Alex for any kind of technical support problems you have with your device.
