Don't bother buying anything online, it's literally pointless. Ordered something for same day pickup hoping to pick it up after work, received no call informing me that the store is behind by 3-4 days for online orders. I waited 5 hours before phoning the store. Don't offer same day pick-up if you can't do it. There's no reason to pay employees a wage when I picked my order at the store in less than 15 minutes.

Huge selection of everything needed for home upgrades, renovations, and repairs. Paint, home decor, appliances, hardware, tools, home organization, plumbing, lighting, gardening, tool and truck rentals. Staff are always there asking if there is any way they can help, and are actually extremely knowledgeable!
We went to this store as a matter of convenience and ran into Catherine Stokes with the Appliance Department. She was excellent in assisting us in the purchase of a Over the Range Microwave. She went well above the expected service. She went to her computer and pulled up the microwave we were interested in and also showed 2 others at similar price to show us a side by side comparison. Would recommend her to anyone. Excellent service and wonderful person to talk to. It made our choice very easy.
Store employee walked past me with my daughter and said “you’re brave coming here with a baby”. Single Parents / parents without childcare beware - don’t bring your kids unless you’re looking for judgement & rudeness from the staff. Won’t be back.
Fantastic service and educated staff. Had to purchase a new washer and dryer, asked all the questions and got all the answers. Representative was knowledgeable and offered me a free delivery as a token of appreciation. I didn't waste any time and got what I came for at a good price.
