After watching the Marketplace episode on abuse in your long term care homes. If I could give ZERO stars I would. As an assistant caretaker for my father, this worries me and infuriates me. If you can't provide proper care, maybe you shouldn't be around.

Managment of care homes is a disaster covid brought to light the lack of compassion this company has i have family in one of there homes and have been hung up on by the administrator and the d.o.c. several times, phone calls dont get returned, overall terrible company who cant run long term care homes. Wish this had negative stars they dont even deserve 1

I have been disgusted by the indifference, greed and hostility to families that the company demonstrated during the first wave of Covid19. As their residents suffered and died under their so-called care, the company continued to deny, bank their profits, and demand payments and removal of belongings by devastated families. To this day they have not apologize for a single death among their patients or staff.
