The Four Explorers

This location is horrible in their pharmacy department. They never answer the phone. One would think they are busy but nop because I walked right up there and long behold no line up so I have no idea why they never answer calls. The pharmacist is very unprofessional please if shoppers drug mart views this review please get more efficient staff !!!! Horrible horrible work ethic ! Sorry

So I went in to buy eggs, they were on sale for 2.29 with a limit of 2, the ad said after 2 they were 2.49 that was fine. I got 6 and the sales associate basically screamed at me there was a limit of 2 per customer. I said I thought it was a limit of 2 for the sale price and not on eggs themself. She yelled back \OUR STORE HAS A LIMIT OF 2\ OK lady calm down, I said that I didn't see a sign and left the eggs in total. No need to be so rude and if you have a limit then post it. No holiday spirit from her let alone customer service. Won't go back to this location.

Today I went in to go to Post Office. I also wanted to buy milk and noticed some cute things for my grandchildren for Christmas. As I was looking over some items, a man came in without a mask. I mentioned he needed a mask and he ignored me. I went to an employee who didn’t respond to my concern. Needless to say I left my cart and walked out of store, A few minutes later gentlemen left with his purchase. I called your customer service and was told that it is not mandatory and some people cannot wear masks ... as an asthmatic I wear one and find it uncomfortable but I respect the rules. I must admit I will think twice about visiting your store. Your concern to support this one customer might cause a negative effect on more customers and spread this horrendous virus
