(6 stars out of 5) We've consistently received exceptional service from Werner, Kevin and Dan at RoyceAyr on all of our sharpening and cutting tool needs. Recently, we purchased a melamine saw blade from RoyceAyr which made an awful high pitched squealing noise on our Felder table saw, due to a weird unpredictable resonant frequency. RoyceAyr knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. They cut additional slots in our blade and filled them with epoxy. The blade is silent now. It only took one call. They solved the problem quickly and returned the blade to our shop at no charge, all with a smile. RoyceAyr is a class act - they are good at what they do. We are very pleased with them.
