Went to the store to get some uniform pieces for my son yesterday morning. Usually have no problems with the two ladies that have been there a long time and have served all my children. I was served by an Asian woman who from start to finish was on her phone texting during our whole visit.

Service was awesome. I came back there to exchange my daughter's unused uniforms we got last year. As part of the big bundle that year, we are entitled to exchange unused uniforms with tags for a bigger size. Process was so smooth and I don't even have to pay extra.

(Edit: I stand corrected about the monopoly situation. Thank you for clearing that up!) They make the prices pretty high compared to clothes of similar quality. Their clothes are also very uncomfortable and before my shorts were washed, they could stand up on their own! The pants were close to doing that as well. Even after wash, the pants and shorts are very stiff and uncomfortable. Teachers often wonder why students are out of uniform all of the time. Its because nobody wants to wear these uncomfortable uniforms. Offering track or jogging pants for students is a solution to this. You'll notice that their warranty is pretty long compared to other clothes. These uniforms do not rip, at the expense of user comfort. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the staff are pretty good and they don't use child labor and are ethically made. If you are going to a school with uniforms supplied by them, you don't have any choice but to go here and buy these uncomfortable uniforms.

After signing in at the front desk we were helped, start to finish by helpful, knowledgeable staff. Entire school uniform outfitted in less than 20 mins! Good quality & great customer service!
