Inaccurate times posted. Got here Mon 10am and it's closed although on the door it says 9:30am. Came back another day. They accept cash or e-transfer only, no debit or credit. Extremely messy inside. We were the only ones there, the lady said someone just left and apologized for the mess, then did nothing to tidy up. Garbage in the parking lot. This used to be a nice place - it went down quite badly.

Great place to let kids play and not be on technology!
Great place for the kids to go and explore, create and have fun. New craft area is great, can't wait to see what's to come! Thanks to the staff for being so amazing each time we visit.
Great place for a playdate if you don't feel like cleaning. It is more geared towards 6 and under. Really enjoy the craft area and the painting area. Only downside to the place is that it could probably use a good clean and maybe some newer toys... Some of the costumes are ripped. Something I notice but likely the kids wouldn't notice.
The kids had fun but I would have liked more child friendly music as I had two 6 year olds there and the music was quite adult. The staff sat with earphones in the entire time and seemed very into her own entertainment without even looking up unless I spoke to her, unlike the staff on my previous visit who engaged parents like myself and showed interest in the children. There were only dress up clothes for up to 6x so only one of my kids got to wear anything and most of it was tattered, with only a few strings holding something together. The place has the right idea but needs a few upgrades.
Fun time here with my kids during a birthday party. The older building has its charms but also the uneven floors and cold spots. The toys and different play areas provided minimum two hours of activities for the kids. Could have a better bathroom and some seating for parents. I had to sit in the sand box most of the time.
I still think the idea here is great, however I feel like it's going downhill a bit.
My son had his birthday party here and it was a lot of fun. I love that for birthday parties you get the whole space and don't have to stress so much about the number of guests.
