What a great experience! I realized after I placed my order that I needed two more yards. The store rep contacted me very quickly in response to my request. The order arrived in one piece on the date promised. And the fabric is beautiful - exactly as pictured on their site.

Visited the new store on Groh ave and it's amazing! Fabric area is larger than the old store on queen with lots more knit selection. They were just setting up on Friday so still had some unloading to do but I love the fabric no longer being in a musty basement! ------------------ This review was when the store was located on queen st One of my favorite stores for fabric - you could spend half a day admiring the fabric. Beware though that the fabric is located in the basement which is musty and bolts are tightly packed but you'll probably find whatever you're looking for. Love the yarn selection here as well.

Its a larger location than it used to have though it lacks the history of the old mill building. It's not as damp though or cramped and you can see everything better. Still the best place for fabrics and yarn

More fabric than you can imagine but the bolts were a little disorganized in some of the aisles. The prices were labelled on all the bolts. I don't like the way they price your cut fabric because staff calculate the total price of each fabric and write it on a scrap piece of paper, and you don't see cost per yard/metre. The flyer items could not be found and made me question whether they were ever in stock. For a fabric store, I would have expected a much better selection of notions. Staff were 50/50 - some were very pleasant and others were so unfriendly that I felt very unwelcome there. I will likely not return to this location and will try a different one.
