I called Phil at 7 in the morning for a yellow jacket nest inside the walls of my house. Phil was here within the hour and took the time to make sure the nest was controlled. I knew this was the place to call! Phil was here 5 years ago for the same issue in a different spot. And was just as great that time! Thanks Phil! Definitely the right guy for the job!
We were relieved and thankful for Phil's generous offering of his time and services to our charitable home for homeless males. We've been dealing with an ongoing rat problem for about a year! Phil was quick to respond to our call, followed up within a few days and provided honest advice. Further, he referred a friend who also donated his contracting services to our home. We have had both rats and wasps in our yard this year and Phil came and took care of them. He was there in 20 minutes after I called about a wasp nest on the porch, and he took care of it quickly. The rats have taken longer to deal with, but he has come and replaced the poison twice so far. He has left a key to the boxes so I can check and let him know when they are out. Hopefully the last batch will do the job. Not quick to respond to emails so calling him is the best option.
