I have had the privilege to complete a couple of months of personal training with James and it has been tremendous. The facility itself is clean, tidy and very well-kept. It is a very open space, that allows for multiple different types of exercises. Especially during COVID, these are great attributes to hold. James himself is a very well rounded trainer. Offering full support to all activities, lending advice on technique and pushing you further when needed. I found James to be flexible in timing, knowledgable when providing feedback and thoroughly committed to you as a client. With his friendly demeanour and disposition, I enjoyed showing up to work out each and every time we had a session scheduled. Overall, I was very impressed during my time here and would highly recommend James' personal training services.
