Picked up a screw the other day that lead to a slow leak. Huge shout out to Kal Tire in Cambridge, Ontario, who took me in and fixed me up. They knew their way around my Tesla Model 3 and set me at ease. While the wheel was off they took the time to show me my winter rims that I’d ordered but hadn’t seen with the car yet. Once I was all patched up, they sent me on my way free of charge. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

The dealership was being honest with me in saying I could get the best deal for the right tires for my car with full support from Kal Tire. That was an understatement. Professional, knowledgeable and attentive staff do not miss a beat explaining pros and cons of options, making suggestions that suit me, not their profit margins. Any details they consider relavent or even of interest to me are promptly communicated. Then there's the post-sale service perks like free drop-in nut torquing and tire rotation. Top-notch service and great products. Folks, your tires connect your car to the ground, that's where your control is. When safety matters don't mess around with bargain tires installed by guys that don't know about tires. You will never regret your purchasing experience at Kal Tire.
