We had an awesome stay! The service was amazing and I felt like they took into consideration our unique circumstances and made some really nice exceptions for us. Missy in particular was super attentive and has such a caring attention to detail. The breakfast in the morning was awesome! I also had to spend quite a bit of time working and the internet connection was flawless. The room was clean and well equipped. My daughter loved the pool (although it was quite cold but that's a very minor detail). Only suggestion I would have is to include an extra blanket in the one bedroom king rooms. My daughter slept on the pull out so she used the spare one. Otherwise, this was the perfect peaceful stay during a particularly stressful time for our family! Thank you so much!

Stayed for two nights and the room was great and very clean. Had no problems with staff and breakfast was not bad either. The pool was quite cold however, it had just recently been reopened so that may be the reason. Would stay again.

Homewook Suites provided excellent service to our family who had to re-locate for showings (sale of home). Our suite was roomy, clean and had all the amenities we needed during this time. The staff was excellent and very helpful. I would highly recommend a stay at his hotel.

Overall a decent new Hilton Hotel. We typically stay at Hilton suites whenever we're looking for a quick moderately inexpensive Night Away with the kids. A nice thing about the Hilton Hotels including this one is the suites are all the same, so you get a consistent experience every time. Overall that's the same with this one, typical sausage egg hash brown waffle cereal toast baked goods coffee juice all the usual things out of Hilton for breakfast. The pool was nice although a little bit cold, but that didn't matter to the children. My only concern was that we had an ant problem in our room the morning we left the kitchen and front door were covered with ants. I'm not really sure what that was about and that's the first time I've experienced that at any of these hotels. Overall great value very nice room decent food decent pool that's why we stay at the most of the time.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! I came here for work and had such a comfortable stay. The bed has a million pillows on it.. soo comfortable. Everything was SOOOO clean! My dream place to stay during covid. You could eat off the bathroom floor if you wanted to. The customer service is unmatched and it seems the employees are super happy to be working there- even through the pandemic. Staff is always readily available and super courteous. I actually thought at one point if I were to have a wedding in Cambridge this would be where I would want my guests to stay! Thank you Hilton. What an incredible stay. The staff deserve a customer service award. Everything is sparkling clean and in accordance with public health recommendations with regards to cleaning and sanitization of spaces!

September 11th, 2020 \u200bI would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service that we have received while staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton Cambridge-Waterloo, ON from August 11th, 2020 to September 12th, 2020. I wanted this trip to be perfect since I have not been able to see my boyfriend and friends from Kitchener for 2 years now. I wanted to feel safe during this pandemic and your staff really did a great job doing that. Every staff member whom we came in contact with has gone above and beyond and was attentive, friendly and very kind. I feel like I have made a few friends while staying here. \u200bI would like to say a special thank you to Julia, Missy, Elizabeth, Jennifer Anola and Tim. These employees have really made my first stay at a Hilton Hotel feel so special. I felt like I was VIP while staying here because I had one issue on the very first day and I was not expecting to get a whole package to say sorry as well everyone knew me and my room number. Also, without Missy explaining how the Hilton Honors works and letting me know when new offers were available or letting me know that I had enough points to use towards a free night I would not have known. I would have not been able to save money on my last night. \u200bWe really had a wonderful 32 day stay and I am already planning to stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Cambridge-Waterloo, ON again on my next vacation. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know that is looking for a place to stay in Cambridge, ON. I can’t say thank you enough and I am really going to miss all of you. This was my first stay in a hotel since March. I felt safe from the moment I walked in the lobby. The Hilton Honors App gives you the choice of checking in from your phone and it also gives you an electronic key, so you can skip the stop at front desk. The room was nice and clean. The hotel changed the way they deliver the breakfast and they've made it very efficient. To use the pool you have to book a time slot, and I think this is a great idea! You have the exclusive use of the pool for 45 mins, then the area gets cleaned and ready for the next guest. I enjoyed my stay and most importantly I felt safe.
