Excellent customer service!!! So convenient to travel with them, many buses running daily. A few years ago they did a well needed renovation and now you can wait for your bus in comfort. They use to have some crazy hours and it would sometimes be necessary to wait outside in the cold, but that is rarely an issue now. They have great prices for their fares, especially for students!

Helpful most of the time. But I ended up staying overnight @ the bus station because the driver spoke no ENGLISH, and it was the last bus out. GREYHOUND NEEDS TO MAKE SURE THEIR DRIVERS SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH.THAT IS HOW I MISSED THE BUS.I WAS FURIOUS. AND I LET THEM KNOW IT TOO

They are really friendly and very helpful, I am in a wheelchair they get me on and off the bus and ask you if you need anything. I give them ten out of ten.

Gave 1 star because I cannot give 0. I booked the Grey Hound bus Waterloo University to Toronto Pearson airport (trip was supposed to be Feb 15th 2019). Arrived 30 min early and waited until 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time (I stood in the Canadian cold for 1.5 hours) and the bus never showed up. The bus could not be tracked online or when I phoned in. Almost missed my flight and had to beg/pay a friend to drive me. When I contacted Grey Hound vía e-mail, no one responded. I thought to give them time to respond (it’s been 5 months) but nothing. At least give me a refund Grey Hound!!!!! Terrible, stressful experience. Would NEVER recommend.

Rather punctual and reliable. The only thing I do not like is you habe to either have a ticket or print one. Other bus services take electronic version.

If you're headed to Toronto for the weekend, save yourself the trouble and take the Greyhound. I have my own car and still prefer to take the bus: -Price of a return ticket is what you'll pay in parking downtown -No dealing with driving downtown -No dealing with traffic (you may encounter it but you've got a driver to deal with the stress!) -Add a minimum of two precious hours to your life to do with whatever you'd like instead of worrying about driving -You can leave your car at the station all weekend without a ticket What's not to love?! The station itself is small but does the job. There are bathroom facilities and vending machines, and this particular station accepts parcels for delivery which is a bonus. It's generally well kept and not too busy, though there is only one attendant so I'd advise being there ten minutes ahead to make sure you have time to book a ticket. Buying a ticket online is a good way to make sure you get a seat, though I advise the "will call"/ pick up option as I've had some pretty frustrating issues with the print at home option (i.e. not sending the ticket immediately, ticket unable to print until the last minute--save yourself the stress). Prices are reasonable. Buses are generally on time or about 5-10 minutes late. Sometimes there are more significant delays but that's only to be expected given Canadian weather/road conditions and the occasional unavoidable traffic issue. Buses themselves are usually clean, patrons are quiet, and Wifi and electrical outlets are provided (and actually work!). There's also a bathroom in case you need one. All in all a good option if you're traveling out of town.

Couldn't understand a word that the person behind the desk was saying, they "no longer" allow item if they're not in an actual box, which then costs even more for shipping. 40 just to ship a small box across the province. It only costed me 10 last time for the same package, that didnt have to go in a box. I do not recommend shipping with greyhound.

Most buses have wifi and charging available. Drivers do their best to get you there on time. Great experience overall
