I can only say great things about GRC. Blake has been my point man but when he hasn't been available the service from the rest of the staff has been top notch. Non pressure sales and honest feed back on the products they carry make for a great buying experience. I'm a big believer in supporting your local bike shop and I'm extremely happy that GRC is my LBS. I'm 3 bikes deep with GRC and am a very happy customer.
We've always received great service at Grand River Cycle. Every member of our family has bought a bike from here. Blake always takes amazing care of us throughout the sales process, and Shawn in service keeps our bikes running smoothly. Hands-down the best bike shop in Cambridge.
Emailed inquiring about a helmet. They responded within an hour of their opening hours. I was able to pick up the helmet we needed the same day.
