Extremely poor service. They ship only during normal work hours and they will not give you a time range apart from \any time during the day\. Shipping to Guelph, if they cannot deliver your package, they send it to a depot in another city. They then charge you 13.00 for the privilege of having it redirected to an address where someone WILL be present. An unbelievably shoddy business model with no regard for their customers.
