I received a surprise gift from family on 8 February. It absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, particularly the balloons and teddy bear. When I phoned Edible Arrangements to let them know, I was told that no one there smoked. I live in a smoke-free home and I absolutely recognise the scent when I smell it. It was so strong I had to move it into a different room of the house. I was told that they would look into this matter and get back to me. It's been more than a week and I've heard nothing. Based on other negative reviews I've read, this is common practise for this location. My family members certainly didn't pay to have my gift smell disgusting upon delivery.

The food was okay but the store double charged our visa card and when we notified them, they put it all on us to follow-up with visa, locate the transaction number, and report back to them, and then wait for them - they didn't even offer to follow-up on their own error. We paid when we ordered and they made us pay again when we were picking up claiming that the system crashed and they didn't process the initial payment. Bad experience and will never recommend or purchase from them again.
Restored my faith in edible arrangements. There isn't one in Kitchener and last time it selected the waterloo location which I will never use again. The Cambridge location sent it toy mom looking and tasting delicious on the day I needed. A coworker said he's received a few and they've always been amazing. Glad this store is closer and better!
I had an issue with one of my orders. I phoned the Hespeler location and Carla was eager to fix the problem It was resolved immediately and I appreciated great customer service
Won’t be going back. I picked up 3 Thank-you Bouquets today at a cost of over 300. When I asked for “thank-you” cards to write to and from on, I was told they had none and was offered Father‘s and Mother’s Day cards??? When I suggested that wouldn’t work it was mentioned that I should, “Say thank-you as you hand it to them”. When I explained that the recipients might not be there when I dropped them off I was told I should just go to the dollar store and buy a card. We’ve bought lots of arrangements from EA in the past and have always felt we paid a premium price but received a premium product. Sadly this experience means we will be looking for something else the next time we want something special to give.
