I had James come out to my house for clogged drains and he was fantastic to deal with, really nice and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. I was further impressed by the care taken to lay covers down and protect furniture, carpet etc. The lady who took my call on the phone was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommended these folks for all your drain and plumbing needs. They are fair, knowledgeable and give you a quote prior to work being done.

I had Drains R Us come out to my place recently. What can I say.. responsive, straight forward, professional. I had 2 issues with my plumbing - slow running tap and leaky pipe under kitchen. The repair man showed up when he said he would - took care of sink at no additional cost - turns out it wasnt a huge problem but what do I know about that stuff... he could've easily told me some BS and charged me a bit but he didnt. He fixed my other problem. Price was reasonable. Satisfied customer here.
Drains R Us repaired the drain from my house to my my septic tank today. They did an excellent job! They even installed a cleanout that I (they) can access by simply removing one board from my deck. The plumbers were very knowledgeable and courteous. Very clean and efficient work. Awesome! Please express my many thanks to all at Drains R Us that made this happen in such a timely fashion. I will recommend you to everyone I know.
Very recently we had minor flooding in the basement of our house. We called a different company and they found tree roots in a section of our sewer line. They told us we had to replace the entire line and quoted us almost 15k! Another company said it could be DOUBLE that amount because of the placement of our line. A friend then recommended Drains R Us because his dad used them before for a similar issue. Wayne from Drains R Us came over, inspected the line and offered another option - Clear out the tree roots in the affected section using a pressurized water tool to resolve the immediate problem, and then inspect/re-evaluate in 12-18 months. This option was only 1/10th of the price of the first option. We decided to go with this option because quite frankly, we didn't have 15k lying around. Wayne and his team cleared out the roots and cleaned the line, and our sewer line is no longer backed up and is now flowing again. Wayne was very transparent about the whole process and was really pleasant and easy to deal with. He did his best to assuage our concerns and we really appreciate that.
Called Mike the Plumber but got Drains R US Plumbing didn't realize they are owned by the same people? Have had several previous experiences with Mike the Plumber which were all great with fair pricing. Found the service pretty much the same with Drains R US Plumbing except a little higher in price then I would have expected especially compared to other work I had done and the price difference (much lower price for more work / parts in the past). Only complaint would be that they left the bathroom messier then when they arrived and needed the use of a bucket and towel to clean up. Overall though happy with the end result and would recommend to others.
