Phenomenal Service with extremely fair pricing! I have purchased directly from this company on several occasions meeting different staff each time only to be more impressed each time I shop there. My latest visit was with Nikki and I was impressed again. Where do you find such good staff?? Their very honest and open discussions regarding total costs including minimal fees for items being shipped to them keeps me coming back year after year. Great service and honest people
Absolutely shocking, i ordered a 'free, pay only postage' I got scammed into paying 40 membership I didn't want, i am a 66yr old stroke victim and pensioner, i emailed them asking for my money back as it was my direct debit for my electric bill and it would take me overdrawn paying extra bank charges, i had no compassion from them apart from offering me 25% refund, i refused as i needed 100%. They refused and refunded 50% which has left me unable to pay direct debit. PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A MEMBER! These heartless scammers should be ashamed of themselves.
