Amazing service! I needed my wisdom teeth out ASAP and my previous dentist had more than a month wait. I contacted Dawson through their online form and within 5 minutes I had a response and an appointment set for two days later. They went above and beyond to get my into an appointment with the oral surgeon at the earliest date. Fortunately, there was a cancellation and I was able to get in less than a week after my consultation! I will definitely be staying with Dawson Dental! The friendliness of their staff makes dentist visits that much better!

I highly recommend Dawson Dental! I've been to a few dentists and I have never felt so comfortable and at ease as I did at Dawson Dental. I am sooo impressed. Dr. Shen is well-mannered, kind and most importantly so knowledgeable and skilled in her field. Clearly, her main priority is ensuring that your teeth and smile are happy and healthy. Also, the dental assistant and receptionist are so friendly and greeted me with warm conversation. Last thing, their office is clean with modern designs and their equipment all modern. I wish I could give them 10/10 stars!
Without hesitation, I recommend this dental office for their friendly staff, their immaculate office and their COVID-19 precautions. They prioritize your safety and ensure that you feel safe all while receiving excellent dental care. I especially recommend Dr Shen, she is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She is gentle and ensures that you feel comfortable during the encounter.
I am not sure where to start. I recently became a patient at this dental office at the Cambridge location This dental team is absolutely wonderful. I am a very nervous patient who suffers from anxiety, Dr Shen was amazing. She was so kind and patient with me. She was very knowledgeable and is helping me feel much for comfortable at the dentist. Dawson Dental has been our family Dental Office for almost a decade, and we have never been happier to have such a caring and dedicated group of people looking after our dental needs. The staff is all very friendly and attentive to our questions and dental work. It is a very kid friendly, cheerful and gentle atmosphere. It is also wonderful that they bill the Insurance Company directly. The Dentists are knowledgeable and only recommend procedures that are actually needed. We are very lucky to have found such a great Dental Office and we will continue to recommend them to everyone we know!
