Heather was a very polite and professional salesperson who answered any and all questions I had before deciding to purchase a new softener from you. Also, the technician who came to my house and did the installation was very friendly and respectful to keep the work tidy and efficient. Wish I remembered his name. He gave me some extra knowledge about the type of salt to use that is ideal as well to maximize the performance of our system and extend it's life span. I liked it so much that I recommended it to neighbors as well and another person purchased through my referral. The only negative is that I haven't heard anything regarding my referral bonus from you guys. It's now approaching one month since. Aside from that, it was a great experience.
Excellent service. They explained all the different options, and helped me pick the best solution for my home. I am happy with my water softener and reverse osmosis systems! Quick install, and looks like low maintenance.
Not a company to work for or to choose as a water provider if you genuinely care about customer experience. The sales reps (especially one in particular), were selling equipment and units to people who don't need such expensive, upgraded and/or complicated, new equipment. They take advantage of elderly customers, and not are being proactive whatsoever. Managers don't even care enough to make for an excellent experience for clients, they are more than willing to take peoples' privilege programs, discontinue units without proper warning and customers' money for their own benefit. As a former customer and as a former employee, Culligan is NOT the way to go. It's a business willing to wrongfully dismiss employees and willing to continuously abuse its customers.
I moved into my house over 5 years ago and with it came a Culligan water softener system. Just last month we finally noticed there was a problem with it and called Culligan to have a service agent come have a look at it. It was not repairable or worth repairing because it was 26 years old, that's right 26 years!! With this information and the fact that a water softener from Culligan can last 26 years, we purchased another brand new high efficiency water softener from Culligan. We have been enjoying the soft water for approximately 2 weeks now. The service is top notch!! I had a sales lady follow-up about a week after installation to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and when I mentioned one small issue/misunderstanding on my part about an extra step I wanted during the installation that was not completed, a phone call later and I had another service date for the service agent to compete my extra request!! Wowzah, what company goes out of their way to complete an extra step (not a part of the install service or purchase agreement) that was asked of by the customer!!Way to go Culligan, my first time with Culligan and it will NOT be my last - unless the water softener out lives me!! LOL
