Same issue as others below. Charged for another year when I had cancelled on time as my daughter didn't use the gym. Had issues getting any respectful response from both the manager and rep (Kyle and Holly- both apparently no longer employed). Finally got a response a few months back that it was being processed. Still nothing. Called today. Put on hold for 5 minutes rudely and now nobody answers. Ridiculous.

Finding a few unauthorized charges on my credit card. I've belonged to many gyms in my life, this one is by far the most depraved when it comes to business ethics. Sad.
I liked the gym, the instructors were lovely, but the Manager will not return my calls or emails. I have had several payments come out of my bank account. The gym re-opened in July 2020, but without childcare. When I spoke to the Manager, Kyle, he said my payments would be put on hold and that 2 months credit would added since I could not attend that location. Payments came out for July, August, September. I called and tried to cancel as I had also moved. Front desk told me I had to come in, I refused as it was an additional point of exposure during the pandemic. I emailed Kyle, and got no response. Payment was taken out again in October and then a larger amount in November. I am a fitness professional myself. This is very disappointing. I have also lost work during the pandemic, it is not cool that full payments have come out and the manager cannot return emails. Please respond.
Great place, staff is friendly weekdays and weekends, I always come in the morning, so it's nice to have cheerful people there. Was really impressed watching the staff member Sunday morning walking around cleaning equipment in her free time. Essentially started at one side and went over everything not being used. There is a member who doesn't wear masks or clean equipment after use. Been brought to the attention of staff but they're intimidated by him. Be nice to see the manager lead instead of deligate. It's not fair for min wage employees to be put in an enforcement position. Manager seems MIA. Never seen him here since reopening.
Equipment is great. Staff is friendly. But it's so cheap and so many people are there that you'll find yourself waiting. For example, there's only one cage for squatting and only one cable machine.
