So disappointed!!! This is my first pregnancy and I was reccomended to this place and was told they were awesome. Well the ultrasound tech did not allow me to hear my baby's heartbeat at my 12week ultrasound when I specifically asked. Other people I know who have been there said they got to hear it so why didn't I?!! Its the most important thing for a new mom to hear and I had that experience taken from me. The tech must be new or not a mother to understand how upsetting that was! Complete nonsense!

I had a pleasant experience for my first trimester ultrasound. The technician allowed me to facetime my husband and she took her time to explain everything we could see. It was a lovely experience, and I appreciated the keepsake pictures we got at the end. Thank you!

Wow! I highly recommend this clinic! This was my first time at this clinic and I recieved top notch friendly service from the initial time of booking till the time I walked out the door! The receptionist is very kind and sweet. Recieved a friendly reminder call the day before my appointment. When I got to the clinic it was extremely clean and quiet. The tech that conducted my ultrasound was Jen. Jen is very bubbly, positive and funny - she made the experience all that much better! I am three months pregnant and unfortunately because of covid the partners are not allowed to come into the clinic to reduce the risk of transmission; however, I was permitted to video call my husband and Jen treated him as if he were in the room (explaining the interpretation of the ultrasound, showing him the head, feet, fingers, etc.). She absolutely in no way rushed me. She then sent me home with a bunch of excellent photos for keepsakes! Thank you Cambridge Medical clinic for making our experience so great :) this is the only clinic I will be returning to! I highly recommend this place to others!!

So I’ve had numerous bad experiences with uterine ultrasounds, but this place was amazing. Super gentle and considerate it was like night and day going here compared to other labs. Jen did my ultrasound and it was not painful like every other time, plus she was very sweet to talk to. All the girls in the office were friendly and welcoming, I won’t go to another lab again! Best experience at a lab I’ve ever had, I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

This is my third pregnancy. Out of all the ultrasound clinics I have been to this one has been amazing to go to. The staff have all been very friendly and great to get along with. Always allows me to see my baby on the screen without feeling rushed. Let's my oldest see the baby and tells her what all the body parts on the screen are! I really enjoy going here and look forward for all my visits and with this pregnancy being high risk its amazing to deal with people that aren't rude and rushing. Thank you so much :)
