Seems to be now a dead-end place to me. I had more luck in the past taking a direct route here from McMaster on Coach Canada while being stood up in the tri-cities on multiple dates on separate occasions but now according to their parent site MegaBus, that route seems to be cut off. Its probably the covid season that caused that, so now my luck with dating has basically gone out the window. Well I guess the covid season has twisted many peoples lives up, but yes. there needs to be connections to smaller cities, like even brantford to cambridge. I mean if the people don't want to connect those two cities by bus, then maybe some sort of boat connection would work if the people can do some work on the grand river. I know I'm throwing ideas but hey, something is better than nothing and now that something is gone.

On Monday April 20th we were celebrating our daughters 18th birthday (quarantine style) and her team had a birthday car parade down our street. During this, a GRT bus was rounding the corner and slowed down and waved and wished her happy birthday. A little while later, as we were social distancing in the driveway, a car pulled up and said \I hear there is a birthday girl here.\ My daughter went to the vehicle and the lady passed her a bouquet of flowers and wished her happy birthday, My daughter then said, Mom who was that and I said I don't know. Is there a card? We were blown away when she read the card that said, Happy Birthday from your GRT bus driver! WOW- this was a goose bump moment and one we will not forget any time soon. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your thoughtfulness and generosity. You have taught us all how important Kindness and community are in challenging times. Because of all of the unexpected happenings that day, what my daughter thought was going to be the worst birthday, in quarantine, turned out to be \the best birthday ever\! Thank you so much for the gift and we will definitely pay it forward and never forget your unselfish gesture. Stay safe, happy and healthy!! With gratitude!!!!

Seems nearly every time I have the pleasure of making use of the facilities at the lively GRT Ainslie Street terminal there is some sort of confrontation, sadly disproportionate, with some well-to-do but resource misallocated team of security guards imposing their will on any number of downtrodden folk just, well, down on their luck and without a safe place to be. Really a poor image of professional training and human dignity to see these 'security' folks doing everything BUT inducing an environment of inclusivity and grace for all our citizens.
