Although the team was responsive, they completely misdiagnosed our pest problems (they thought it was mice, it was bats). I called to inform them we had a bat and they suggested steps on how I could kill the bat.

Ended up speaking with Russell who advised he would be there the next morning at 9. Waited until 10 to contact him again, he advised he was in Waterloo on the way. After hearing nothing, texted at 4PM advising I would look elsewhere. I'd love to have taken advantage of these great prices, but when the person won't even show, I had to goto a proper professional.
This company does a great job. They are very knowledgeable, and worth the price they charge. They were able to get rid of a severe infestation of carpenter ants for us that we inherited with our first home purchase. We get the outdoors sprayed each year to keep them at bay, and no problems since working with Marcel! These guys are friendly to boot. I should mention that although these guys are excellent, scheduling and punctuality can often be an issue, and many times over these past few years I do not find out until after they have not arrived that they are not coming, even if there are times confirmed via text. This is the only reason why they get 4 stars. Regardless, I ask this business back yearly, and it is nice to support a small business.
Awesome. Very professional. Put a couple rat boxes out. Even sprayed my tree for free as he noticed some beetles on one of my trees.
This company is nothing but professional. Very responsive, and articulate with their diagnosis. I am a firm believer of \support local\ and what even better is they are less expensive than the \big guys\. Cheers to many more years of great service!
