I did the keto meals which were amazing tasting and lost weight. These meals also helped me learn to portion my meals as like many people I love food and love alot of it lol . Dips was very helpful in making my meals just for me. I would definitely recommend the meal plan for anyone looking for an alternative way to lose weight or just who has a busy schedule. You guys rock!! One of the best supplements lounge in Waterloo.. where you get fresh fruit smoothies no artificial flavours plus a recreation area where you can play chess and Jenga. Loved the environment. Love your supplements which are selective suiting our specific needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are kind enough to give some free goodies at times :) thank you
The best customer service in the town. The owner and the staff is extremely knowledge about all the products they carry with wide range of popular brands. It’s very convenient that you can get the products shipped as well with very fast delivery options. Don’t forget to try the protein fruit smoothies. :)

I liked the customer service, they were very helpful. Helped me deciding which kind of protein will be suitable for my needs. Owner of the store clarified, asked questions, and provided me with the best options to work with. When I asked about some other products he gave me information on the options, and suggested I research and look into if it is what I need, instead of just pushing it based on my inquiry. All round Solid experience.

I am so glad there’s a local store in Cambridge that carries all the best brands of supplements. BSS staff is extremely qualified and knowledgeable, they always go above and beyond to make sure Customers leave happy and that they return back.
