Couldn't be happier with the level of customer service and professionalism! In the spring I dropped off my 2014 Matrix in for new summer tires, as I left in their provided courtesy car I got a call from Derek informing me that I had mistakenly mixed up the rim sizes between my summer and winter tires and that they did not have the properly sized tire in stock... Bummer... except for the fact Derek had already gone ahead and ordered the properly sized tires for me and that they would be there within a few hours. Couple hours later I get a call that the car is done and ready for pick up! I personally cannot praise Derek and the crew at Beverly Tire enough. Their commitment to excellent customer service speaks volumes for the kind of people they are and the business they run.
