We've used Bartlett plumbing twice now for some work in renovating our older home. Both times, Bryce was punctual, efficient, and very personable. The level of communication was second to none. We had Bartlett Plumbing install a new shower valve in our bathroom. Bryce quoted our job and we asked for different finish which need to be ordered in. As soon as Bryce found out our part was delayed he called right away and adjusted the installation date. When coming for the quote and the install, we were given a window of time to expect him. He also called when he was on his way. Bryce is honest, trustworthy and is on top of communicating with his customers. Highly recommend Bartlett.
We called Bartlett Plumbing in a bit of a pinch just outside regular hours. We got the after hours line and left a voicemail. Within 3 minutes we received a call back and 3 minutes after that had an appointment set up. Bryce kept us informed prior to the appointment, called when he was on his way and showed up exactly when he said he would. He took a look down our main line and cleared the total block within a very short time. He kept me informed with every step of the job. Once we were all clear and good to go, he inspected the remaining plumbing in our home to ensure everything was good. Bryce is very polite and punctual and we would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.
