So I was trying to support local businesses and required a thermal PID, I can get one from Amazon for 60 but decided I don't mind spending 90 to help out small business. I left having spent 317 and full of regret, now I don't have enough for my bills. I tried to return the parts that I don't need (or at least I feel I don't need and definitely can't afford) the first attempt didn't go so well 3 days ago. I am writing this immediately after my second attempt that didn't go well either, some how I now owe them 20 more for their time. I honestly feel as though I'm back in highschool and the bullies just stole my lunch money. Richard is very knowledgeable but unfortunately he uses his power to push people around. I don't recommend shopping here unless you like dealing with overly aggressive sales people.
